Termination of Services

We understand that you may wish to terminate the use of services.

The termination policy is laid out in the terms of use as follows:

You acknowledge that by your purchasing a package, I have set aside time on my schedule which otherwise would be available to another client. While you have the right to terminate services at any time, no refunds will be provided. If any balance is owed at the time you terminate services, such balance is due and payable immediately. If I am unwilling to provide the services due to circumstances wholly within my control, and I do not make myself available to perform such services at another mutually agreeable time, then payment made for any hours of service not performed will be refunded in full.
