The right fit for support depends on what you wanting help with and how much on going support you want. If you have a specific issue such as potty training or sleep an appointment package can work well. For families with behavioral issues or for coaching; unlimited support packages can be better. I do all my session via zoom. When you schedule you will be sent a confirmation email with the link for your appointment. You can call into the session or join via video chat. If you are in the Denver Metro area of Colorado and would like and in person session email me for options.

YES! You have 10 days from your first session to upgrade from any appointment or package and pay the difference in cost for that package. You can also schedule a Discovery Call with me to help you determine the right package for your family.

The short answer is no. I found over the years that written plans take tons of time to create and are not very helpful. Instead I record your sessions and send you the replay to listen to again. I automatically record parent consulting sessions about sleep, eating, potty training and discipline.  Coaching sessions are only recorded if requested.
